JOB SUMMARY:


Provides leadership and direction for Table Games, Slot Ops, Slot Performance, Poker, and Arcade operations. Establishes and maintains relationships with targeted guests, based on professional knowledge of the individuals.


KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:


· Assures that gaming operations are conducted with integrity, in a safe, friendly, comfortable environment, by well-trained, motivated employees.


· Sets financial and non-financial performance goals for areas of responsibility.


· Evaluates financial results and develops action plans to address areas of concern.


· Maintains familiarity with invited guests’ gaming action and makes recommendations for credit availability and future invitations.


· Recommends changes and/or new programs to stimulate increased and return business, including providing input for events, direct mail, entertainment and capital expenditures


· Lead an organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.


· Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.


· Champion, within the organization, a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior.


· Create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where team members feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:


· College degree in Business, Accounting or related field preferred


· Minimum of five years in increasingly responsible positions in gaming operations, marketing or a related field.


 


QUALIFICATIONS:


· Literate and fluent in English


· Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication, team member relations and leadership skills


· Basic accounting, planning, analysis and problem-solving skills


· Ability to find creative ways to attract and retain our targeted customers


· Tact, patience and ability to maintain perspective and a sense of humor when dealing with guests and team members


· Ability to demonstrate support of company goals and direction positively in words and actions


· Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business


· Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.


· Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures


PHYSICAL, MENTAL and ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:


· Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time (4 hours).


· Visual and auditory range must include immediate environment.


· Mobility to move about the property


· Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment.


· Must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel.


Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy environment and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
