Downtown Plymouth's premier restaurant group is seeking a qualified line cook and other kitchen positions to join our culinary team.
Family owned and operated for 20 years, with over 40 years of restaurant experience, Compari's on the Park, Fiamma Grille and The Sardine Room continue to serve a variety of fresh, authentic, made from scratch cuisine in a hard-working and close knit kitchen.
Positions will work closely with the kitchen manager and ownership to help back of house operations including:
Food Quality and Consistency
Knowledge of Food Safety and Health Codes
Recipe and Menu Development
Monitoring Inventory and Food Waste
Communication with FOH Management and Service Teams
Cleanliness
Timeliness
Desirable Qualities Include:
Grill, Saute, Pantry and/or Garde Manger Experience
Food, Beverage and Service Knowledge
Organizational and Communication Skills
Transportation
Raw Bar and/or Pizza Experience a plus
