The Head Cook position is to lead the kitchen and communicate clearly on needs from other kitchen staff. The ideal candidate would be a team player and have a willingness to learn how Fish House Vera Cruz has served up seafood for over 40 years.
Job Duties To Include (but not limited to):
• Grill Seafood on Charcoal Grills
• Maintain Fire and Heat on Charcoal Grills
• Consistency in cooking
• Ability to adapt
• Knowledge of Seafood and Shellfish and proper cooking quality
Requirements:
• Willingness to work as a teammate
• 1+ Years Experience as a cook/chef
• Positive Attitude
• Ability to acquire a Food Handlers Card
