Job Purpose / Overview:


To ensure that we continue to offer the best possible customer experience, returns and aftersales care is vital. Working as part of a small team, the role of Returns Coordinator is to process both inbound and outbound customer returns, assess product, and facilitate refunds or exchanges whilst maintaining excellent customer service and focus to ensure we honour our duty to the customer.


Job Responsibilities:



  • Processing inbound parcels

  • Dispatching repaired product to the customer

  • Shipping spare parts requested by the Customer Service Department

  • Ensuring accurate data is input to the correct systems

  • Maintaining a high standard of health and safety

  • General housekeeping and organisation of the Returns Department




  • Self-motivated and able to work accurately and at pace

  • Good level of IT proficiency

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Knowledge of angling/fishing tackle is beneficial but not essential
