THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE

The purpose of the coordinator role is to support the team in all tasks that lead to delivering best in-class media partnerships for Toyota and Lexus.

This role supports the wider P&I team in campaign implementation and is responsible for a broad scope of general duties to ensure that all outputs are delivered on time to the highest standards. This role is also responsible for monitoring campaign performance and insight development, making sure that data is accurate, and the analysis and insights clearly drive continued performance for our clients.

As part of this role, you will also develop your media skills, gaining important on the job training as well as external training.

 

WHAT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES DOES THIS ROLE HAVE?

Campaign Implementation

• Smooth delivery of all assets by pulling specs together and liaising with creative agencies and media owners Creative Agencies and Media Owners

• Ensuring spec documents are correct and provide all required detail

• Checking all ad placements run as booked, gathering evidence and documenting this

• Learn to buy and track TV campaigns

• Monitor digital media performance with support and communicate delivery to the broader team/clients

• Working with internal/external teams to ensure all campaigns are trafficked and traced in line with campaign parameters

• Assisting in the delivery of media responses that achieve the best client outcomes

• Working with media partners from brief to implementation

• Establishing strong relationships with media partners

 

Administration

• Ensuring monthly budgets are loaded with accuracy

• Complete monthly invoicing

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• University degree or higher education qualifications preferred

• Experience across the following Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Strong ability to develop professional relationships with relevant stakeholders

• Attention to detail that is second to none

• Organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

• A curious nature with a willingness for continued learning and progression

• Strong planning and project & time management skills

• Good communication and presentation skills
