Job Summary:

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day office operations, including reception duties, mail distribution, and supply management.
• Responsible for maintaining filing systems, including record retention.
• Responsible for posting Accounts Payable and working with the Purchasing Department and Warehouse on discrepancies.
• Responsible for maintaining employee files, assisting management with onboarding, and coordinating employee requests.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

• Strong Interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees.
• Flexibility to adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change.
• Proficient in accounting and human management software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience:

• Associate’s degree in business administration or related preferred.
• Three years or more of related experience required.
• Experience in Accounts Payable and Human Resources a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift, up to 25 pounds, at times.
• Able to travel locally, as needed.
