  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering advice, recommendations, and assistance.
  • Ensure the store maintains the highest hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with your colleagues.
  • Work proactively to meet sales targets.
  • Help the team enhance their in-store knowledge, skills, confidence, and processes.
  • Support the Store Manager and Store Supervisor.
  • Greet and assist customers.
  • Set up and maintain the counter.
  • Prepare various cuts of meat.
  • Help customers with their purchases and provide product information.
  • Manage the preparation of counter and pre-pack areas.
  • Conduct product sampling.
  • Rotate stock effectively.
  • Implement price reductions.
  • Handle deliveries and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Distribute special offer materials.
  • Perform general cleaning duties.
  • Participate in internal training.
  • Support management functions.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
  • Strong drive to achieve sales goals.
  • Proficiency with IT systems.
  • Understanding of legal requirements and procedures.
  • Ability to motivate and guide the team on a daily basis.
  • Support in onboarding and training new employees.
