The Associate Business Director - Communications & Consultancy is the leader of the operational and delivery aspects of the account and owns relationships with the client(s). they are responsible for winning Client commitment to the Agency’s brand direction, strategy, recommendations and subsequent execution. The ABD is expected to foster the Agency’s beliefs and spirit externally and internally, as well as develop and drive vision for the business, aiming to bring in more digital business. - Leads the our clients marketing and communication team (Brand, creative, PR, social and media) to champion and drive new customer centric approach and business growth.
- Works closely with the Mob App Lead and Delivery Lead.
- Builds positive and collaborative relationships with all stakeholders including Head of Brand and other client stakeholders.
- Guide to deliver creative excellence across the entire customer journey.
- Active involvement in Strategy Reviews / Financial Updates / Brand Campaigns - providing on-going support to assigned team.
- Drives integration and interdependence across all capabilities to deliver high-standard integrated communication solutions.
- Inspires, mentors and nurtures the team to build capability and develop competence.
- Manages the clients communication budget.
- Receives project briefs from client, assesses, calls for the internal meetings and meeting with partner agencies, and assign the brief internally, agree on timelines internally and with client.
- Optimize budget and speed to market in order to maximize RO.
- Identify and improve organizational and development aspects that would improve content creation and its distribution.
