The transformation you will experience.

Client delivery and implementation planning; representing the agencies briefs and values, inspiring others to do the same. Delivering service and product which drives marketing led growth for our clients.

 

Your scope will include:

• Client management, internal Business Management and stakeholders

• Translating comms strategy into comprehensive implementation recommendations which maximise return on investment

• Define key metrics for success for measuring and evaluating campaign performance creating a framework for ongoing investment decision making

• Manage a team including Account Managers, Executives and Coordinators

• Implement plans to enhance our agency planning product grow revenue through specialist services and research initiatives

• Participate in new business initiatives and building the agencies reputation externally in line with our positioning, beliefs and values

• Promote Zenith both internally and externally with media and clients in line with agency purpose and values.

• Actively contribute and volunteer to participate in new business pitches.

What type of person will be successful in this role

• 5+ year experience in holistic media planning across various categories

• Tertiary qualification in a related field (marketing, advertising, media, digital)

• Have in depth knowledge of syndicated and proprietary tools

• Advanced knowledge of the Australian media landscape

• Have a proven track record in influencing teams and being a trusted advisor to clients

• Strong grasp of Microsoft Office programmes, especially PPT and Excel

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

• Organisational skills are an advantage.
